Naturally fermentated and unfiltered, aged for 2 years in new and old 500l barriques. Ripe red berries, tertiary notes of forest floor and leather. Silky tannins, elegant and complex, long, multilayered finish. Worth ageing for up to 15 years to develop tertiary flavours further. Enjoy with roast chicken or red meat.

Organic Pinot Blanc selected from the Schricker Bergen vineyard in the aptly named Weinviertel (wine district). Natural fermentation in 500l barrels, malolactic conversion for added creaminess and then left for a whole year on the lees and filled unfiltered. Elegant, aromatic and intense, 93 points in renowned Austrian wine magazine Falstaff.
A special wine for special occasions, perfect with seafood or pork dishes.
