Like the original, our vegan Sachertorte is made with the two characteristic layers of apricot jam and a crunchy chocolate icing. Sachertorte is a favourite in its hometown Vienna, but equally popular outside of Austria.
100% taste, but without any animal products. Purely plant based the dough still has the same chocolaty lightness as the regular Sachertorte. We might be slightly biased, but in our opinion, it's the best vegan chocolate cake you can get.

Ingredients: Flour, Soya Milk (soya base (water, hulled soya beans), apple extract acidity regulators (potassium phosphates), Calcium (calcium carbonate), sea salt, stabiliser (gelan gum, Vitamin B2, B12, D2)), Rapeseed Oil, Dark Chocolate, Soft Brown Sugar (Sugar, molasse), Cocoa Powder (cocoa powder alkalized, acidity regulator E501i), Apricot Jam (Apricots, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, pectin, citric acid, ascorbic acid), Baking Powder, Vanilla Essence (fructose syrup, flavouring preparation (vanilla extract), propylene glycol, caramel), Salt.
Our cakes are made fresh with no preservatives. For better tasting cakes, please keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days of receiving delivery.

All our cakes are made fresh to order in our London kitchen and have at least 3 days shelf life when they arrive. Less creamy ones like the Linzer or Sachertorte will last even longer (over 6 days)

Once the temperature rises over the summer months in the UK, we begin to send ice packs in parcels to keep cakes cool.

Most of our cakes can be frozen as a whole or in pieces. We do not recommend freezing the creamy cakes like Esterhazy, Maronitorte and Cheesecake though.
