Our first natural Grüner Veltliner by biodynamic winery Matthias Hager in the beautiful Kamptal. The grapes are hand harvested from over 50 year old vines, fermented with natural yeasts and left on the lees for over a year. Unfined, unfiltered and only minimum SO² added at bottling. The wine is spicy, soft, full bodied and ripe – an ideal food wine! And if you should ever head to the Kamptal, we recommend the Weinbeisserei in Mollands, set stunningly into the Kamp river gorge and managed by Matthias’ brother Hermann.
