Three wine choices
Pick Weinviertel White for the Grüner Veltliner Löss from Zuschmann-Schöfmann — Austria's national white grape from Loess soils, crisp and gently peppery. Pick Burgenland Red for a Cuvée from Kirnbauer, one of the country's most respected red-wine houses. Or pick Sparkling for the Sekt Weissburgunder from Weixelbaum — elegant, properly made, the kind that celebrates without trying too hard.

The story behind the producers
Zuschmann-Schöfmann (Weinviertel) — a family-run estate in Martinsdorf, specialists in classical Grüner Veltliner from Loess soils. Their Grüner Veltliner Löss has the crisp, peppery character that has defined Austrian whites for generations. Featured in the Weinviertel White variant.
Kirnbauer (Mittelburgenland) — one of Austria's most respected red-wine houses. The family behind the iconic Phantom, Austria's first premium red blend, written into wine history in 1987. Their Cuvée is featured in the Burgenland Red variant.
Weixelbaum (Kamptal) — a small family operation in the Kamptal region, making elegant Sekts from Weissburgunder and other Austrian grapes. Their Sekt Weissburgunder is featured in the Sparkling variant — properly made sparkling wine that drinks beyond its occasion.
Manner — Vienna's pink-wrapped wafer icon since 1898, still produced just behind St Stephen's Cathedral.
Almdudler — Austria's beloved herbal lemonade, first mixed in 1957. Loved by skiers, cinema-goers and grandmothers alike.
Staud's — Vienna's traditional jam-maker since 1883. Fruit picked at peak ripeness, gently set without thickeners.
Helmut Sacher's Kaffee — Viennese-style highland Arabica, small-batch roasted near Vienna for the proper Wiener Melange at home.
Steirisches Kürbiskernöl PGI — the dark green Styrian pumpkin seed oil with protected origin status. Drizzle over salad, vanilla ice cream, or a winter pumpkin soup.
Vanillekipferl — handmade by us in our London bakery, the buttery almond crescent biscuits that gave Kipferl its name.

All our cakes are made fresh to order in our London kitchen and have at least 3 days shelf life when they arrive. Less creamy ones like the Linzer or Sachertorte will last even longer (over 6 days)

Once the temperature rises over the summer months in the UK, we begin to send ice packs in parcels to keep cakes cool.

Most of our cakes can be frozen as a whole or in pieces. We do not recommend freezing the creamy cakes like Esterhazy, Maronitorte and Cheesecake though.
