Our Vegan version of the fruity and spicy delight from Vienna in the 19th century

Juicy and spicy apple cake from an old Jewish recipe dating back to Vienna in the 18th century. The original is already dairy-free, and we have replaced the eggs in this plant based version.

Please note that all our products are made fresh in our little bakery in Islington, where we handle ingredients that are used to make all our products. While we do everything possible to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we still have a very small operation and do not have fully separated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients cannot be completely excluded.
