Organic Austrian Poppyseeds & Chocolate
Sorry Instagram, it might not look as attractive as some of our other cakes but the flavours and juiciness of this delight, made following a traditional recipe from neighbouring Bosnia, will win you over in a bite. Our poppyseed cake is made with ground walnuts, chocolate and grey poppyseeds - a regionally protected product of origin from the Waldviertel in the North of Austria. The poppyseeds replace the wheat flour and add to its rich and nutty flavour.
I promise you never had a better gluten-free cake!
