Mautner Markhoff mustards are a staple in every Austrian kitchen. The classic Estragon (tarragon) mustard is mild and spicy and goes well with sausages, any meat and marinades. At Kipferl we serve it with all our sausage dishes. Kremser Senf is sweeter and grainy and goes well with sausages, lamb and beef. Many Austrians will use both mustards with their sausage dishes.
