A homage to the most famous Austrian composer, inspired by the traditional "Mozartkugeln": A cake filled with the typical layers of marzipan and pistachio, covered by a light and moist sponge and glazed with chocolate, this is our take on the genius from Salzburg in a heart shaped cake.

Please note that all our products are made fresh in our little bakery in Islington, where we handle ingredients that are used to make all our products. While we do everything possible to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we still have a very small operation and do not have fully separated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients cannot be completely excluded.
In our bakery we use products containing allergens like dairy, nuts, gluten (wheat), egg, sulphites and soya.
If your allergy is severe, please consider carefully whether you choose to consume our food. If you want to be 100% safe, the only option is not to consume any of our products.
