Like the original, our vegan Sachertorte is made with the two characteristic layers of apricot jam and a crunchy chocolate icing. Sachertorte is a favourite in its hometown Vienna, but equally popular outside of Austria.
100% taste, but without any animal products. Purely plant based the dough still has the same chocolaty lightness as the regular Sachertorte.
