Tiroler Christmas Stollen - Weihnachtsstollen
Anywhere in the German speaking world you go in the run up to Christmas, you will find the typical bread for the festive season, called Stollen.
Following an ancient recipe from Tyrol, our Stollen is packed with candied fruits, nuts and lots of marzipan.
Please note that Tiroler Stollen is dryer and harder than the one our German Neighbours make. It is perfectly crunchy and sweet on its own, and really great with some butter and jam.
The perfect companion for an afternoon tea with the family.
