Following an ancient recipe from the Tyrol province, our Stollen is packed with candied fruits, nuts and lots of marzipan.

Ingredients: flour, eggs, caster sugar, raisins, grated hazelnut, marzipan (sugar, almonds, glucose syrup, water), cinnamon, milk, candied fruit (orange, lemon, etc), rum.
