A variety of premium highland Arabica ground beans composed in the finest Viennese style, made in small batches by Helmut Sacher's Kaffee near Baden on the outskirts of Vienna.
Wiener Mischung (blue): 100% highest quality highland Arabica, medium roast, soft, mellow and rich. Ideal for filter coffee.
Espresso (red): 80% Arabica add to the rich aroma, 20% contribute to the fine Crema - perfect for your espresso maker at home.
Crema (yellow): intense, round flavours, medium roast. Ideal for filter coffee or French press. We use this blend in our coffeehouse at Kipferl!
De Luxe (black): Rare Maragogype beans add flavour to the 100% Arabica blend. Rich and
deep, ideal for French Press or Espresso machine.
Decaf (green): full flavour, but fully decaffeinated and gentle. Enjoy in the evening.
Stambulia – whole beans: A real classic in the Viennese coffeehouse tradition, medium roast Stambulia combines intense flavours with fine aromas. For coffee aficionados who grind their own coffee.

All our cakes are made fresh to order in our London kitchen and have at least 3 days shelf life when they arrive. Less creamy ones like the Linzer or Sachertorte will last even longer (over 6 days)

Once the temperature rises over the summer months in the UK, we begin to send ice packs in parcels to keep cakes cool.

Most of our cakes can be frozen as a whole or in pieces. We do not recommend freezing the creamy cakes like Esterhazy, Maronitorte and Cheesecake though.

Yes, please refrigerate all cakes to ensure they stay fresh for as long as possible.
