Gölles Austrian Cherry Schnapps 350ml - Herzkirsche
Since 1979 Alois Gölles and his family have devoted themselves to making the best spirits, putting their heart and soul into it and leaving nothing to chance: only the healthiest and ripest fruit make into their distillery still. Nothing added - no sugar, artificial flavours or colours, just clean, crips fruit. The Schnapps is double distilled in traditional copper vessels and aged in glass flasks, so called demijohns.

Deep red, juicy, sweet. The heart cherry, probably the most aromatic member of the cherry family, is the basis for this fine brandy. Although it seems a little delicate or even shy on the nose, it impresses with full fruity pleasure from the first sip. Its deep, warm and spicy notes make schnapps lovers rave.

All our cakes are made fresh to order in our London kitchen and have at least 3 days shelf life when they arrive. Less creamy ones like the Linzer or Sachertorte will last even longer (over 6 days)

Once the temperature rises over the summer months in the UK, we begin to send ice packs in parcels to keep cakes cool.

Most of our cakes can be frozen as a whole or in pieces. We do not recommend freezing the creamy cakes like Esterhazy, Maronitorte and Cheesecake though.
