We love Else and Peter Zuschmann's Blush Rosé Austrian rosé wine! Red berries dominate: red cherry, strawberry and raspberry. Light, fresh, elegant and some spice from the Zweigelt in the blend with Pinot Noir.
Easy drinking, goes well with salads, grilled salmon and grilled chicken.
ABV: 12.5%

About Zuschmann Schöfmann
Since 2007, Else Zuschmann and Peter Schöfmann have been passionately dedicated to crafting artisanal sparkling wines. The chalky soils and cool climate of the Weinviertel, combined with their organic farming practices, provide the ideal foundation for grapes of the highest quality.
As a 17-hectare sparkling wine estate, they personally oversee every step — from vine to bottle. Their grapes are hand-harvested and gently processed to preserve their full aroma and delicate structure.
